But for some reason I can't sign in on this account. Someone in another discussion about this same matter suggested that we should clear our cookies, because it worked for him or her. This is frustrating and I don't know how to fix it and can't get a hold of anyone to help me. So I am typing those in correctly. Having a post marked and removed as abuse will slow a user's advance in levels. I've created 2 other accounts to see if I could get on then, but it still doesn't work.

I think you have to go into your comupter's control panel and it's somewhere near the browser history. Problem when signing in?! Having your answer selected as the best answer. Levels Member levels indicate a user's level of participation in a forum.
I cleaned my cache and all my cookies, and that has worked for me. Everyone starts at level 1 and can rise to level This is frustrating and I don't know how to fix it and can't get a hold of anyone to help me. I can sign in fine on my second account, so I don't understand why I can not sign in with my first account.
